Energy Healing

In each session, I work from the foundation of Usui Reiki, guided by intuition to sense and restore balance across body, mind, and spirit. While Reiki is traditionally offered through light touch or hands held above the body, my primary focus is on Distant Reiki sessions, where healing energy is transmitted across space and time with equal effectiveness. This allows for deep energetic alignment and restoration wherever you are.

The energetic system holds many layers that require time, integration, and care to heal. Each session is a collaborative process with your spirit team, inviting renewal while dissolving outdated patterns and reactivating your original blueprint.
