These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your relationship with Alessandria Rosa / Mystic Rose Healing (“Provider”) in relation to any and all services offered through this website, including but not limited to energy healing, Reiki, Light Language transmissions, intuitive channeling, oracle and tarot readings, and ceremonial sessions (collectively referred to as “Services”).

Services are available to individuals 18 years of age or older, who are of sound mind and legally able to enter into binding agreements. By using this website and/or booking a session, you affirm that you meet these requirements.

The Services offered by Mystic Rose Healing are intended to support your personal, spiritual, and energetic development. All Services are offered in good faith, with the intention of providing insight, healing, and transformation. By booking a session, you understand that:

• The Provider is not a doctor, licensed therapist, lawyer, accountant, or other credentialed professional.

• All information, guidance, and communication received during a session is for educational, spiritual, entertainment, and personal growth purposes only.

• You remain solely responsible for your own health, well-being, decisions, and actions.

While many clients find these offerings deeply supportive, individual experiences may vary, and no outcome is guaranteed.

By using the Services, you agree to:

• Take full responsibility for your choices, interpretations, and any actions taken following a session.

• Release and hold harmless the Provider from any and all liability, including but not limited to: personal injury, emotional distress, property loss, loss of income, or any other damages, whether direct or consequential.

All personal information shared during sessions is kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law.

✧ Payment & Booking

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments are accepted through the secure online scheduling and checkout system provided on this site (e.g., Acuity and Stripe).

✧ Cancellation & Rescheduling

Please review the Cancellation Policy on the booking page. Missed appointments or late cancellations may not be eligible for refunds. Exceptions are made at the sole discretion of the Provider.
