A Path Forged in Spirit
I was born into the world of spirit. Raised by a witch, I grew up surrounded by ritual, intention, and energy. From a young age, I participated in manifestation work, energetic protection, and witnessed the unseen. I saw spirits. I moved energy with my hands before I even knew the language for it. My body and heart became my compass. I could feel what others carried often before they did.

My sensitivity was not always easy, especially as someone who carries an ACE (Adverse Childhood Experiences) score of 10, a reflection of how early life trauma can shape the nervous system, emotional patterns, and one’s path toward healing. I’ve walked through the fire of complex trauma, and each wound became part of my initiation. But instead of letting it define me, I chose to transmute it. I turned to art, energy, voice, and spirit as lifelines and eventually, as tools for liberation.

Cracked Open in Costa Rica
In 2022, I was guided to Costa Rica for a sacred ayahuasca ceremony. It changed everything. I was cracked open body, heart, and spirit. Though held in a ceremonial space, I was ultimately left to walk through those doors alone. The facilitators stayed near but silent, smudging me after each purge. The deeper work came after, in the year-long unraveling that followed.

Ayahuasca marked a profound death and rebirth. The purging didn’t end with the ceremony it extended into my life. Grief, rage, ancestral wounds, and soul memories surfaced. And with them came waves of support from the spirit realm and human allies alike. I learned to surrender fully. To let go of control. To let myself be reshaped.

Awakening the Healer Within
On my 33rd birthday, I traveled to Salem, MA for a past life reading. Instead, I channeled my entire spirit team for the first time guides, ancestors, and guardians who revealed my role as a Trance Channel. They instructed the facilitator to initiate me in Reiki, but I quickly discovered I was already doing it instinctively. She gave me materials to expand. That was the beginning of remembering what I had always known.

The Voice of Light
Not long after, while in Northern Ireland performing energy work for a friend, my Light Language activated. It poured through my hands and voice after a healing session that felt like an ancient song remembered. Since then, my offerings have evolved into a blend of Reiki, Light Language, vocal toning, trance work, and ancestral healing. My voice became my primary tool bridging dimensions, frequencies, and timelines.

Mediumship, Art & Channeling
Over time, I’ve become a medium and guide for souls in transition. My art became an extension of this medicine each collage, brushstroke, or symbol of a sacred transmission. My process is trance-driven, intuitive, and deeply connected to the unseen. I don’t just create I channel.
