About Ria

I’m Alessandria Rosa, though most know me as Ria.

I work with highly empathic women who feel emotionally and energetically drained from absorbing the world around them. My work focuses on energetic clearing, boundary restoration, and intuitive insight, helping sensitive women remain open without becoming depleted.

I’ve been intuitive since childhood, though like many empaths, I had to learn how to turn my sensitivity into strength rather than overwhelm. My formal training is in Usui Reiki, and over the years I’ve deepened my practice through intuitive channeling, energy work, and grounded nervous system awareness.

My background in art and symbolic language informs how I interpret energetic patterns, blending intuitive perception with practical clarity.

What I care most about is helping women feel steady in themselves again. Not shut down. Not hardened. Just clear, contained, and grounded in their own energy.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me in nature, especially in the mountains, where I reconnect and recalibrate.

It’s an honor to support women who are ready to stop living in energetic survival mode and start living from stability.
