Reiki (pronounced ray-kee) is a sacred Japanese energy healing practice that channels universal life force energy the subtle, intelligent frequency that animates all living things. The form I offer is rooted in the Usui Reiki lineage, a traditional and time-honored method of energy transmission that supports healing on the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.
During an in-person session, Reiki is transmitted through gentle, hands-on or hands-above-the-body touch. The energy flows where it is most needed clearing blockages, soothing the nervous system, and activating the body's natural healing intelligence.
